Building a daily rhythm of walking and connecting to spirit has become my medicine lately.
In a season where I’ve felt vulnerable, uncertain, and in transition, I’ve needed steady touchstones. Walking has been one of them. It brings expansiveness, a brighter mood, and a wider perspective. I feel closer—to nature, to spirit, to the earth.
This practice keeps guiding me back into my heart space… opening me, softening me, returning me to a sense of wholeness and hope.
Taking self-responsibility for my feelings asks me to stay open—to learn how to hold them, to move with them, and to grow through them.
My walks have become intentional and meditative. The intention is simple: to open to trust and allow myself to be restored.
I listen—to the sounds of nature.
I quiet the noise in my mind.
I smell the grass, the flowers.
I feel the cool air or the warmth of the sun.
I come back to the present moment.
And when I drift, I gently return again.
This is my practice.
